MyPlate doesn’t distinguish between fresh, whole foods and processed, preservative-happy foodlike substances.¬†How can real foodies reconcile their emphasis on natural ingredients with the USDA’s recommendations? Civil Eats and Kristin Wartman take a stab with a handy infographic.
